Help! retrieval of photos!

My ipod died earlier this year and I thought nothing of it, thinking that I have most of the files backed up.

BUT I was wrong.

I can't find the photos to the Ferrari 60th Anniversary Celebration in Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania pics taken in winter.

Now I'm wondering if it's all inside the ipod.

Anyone has any idea if it's still possible to retrieve the data inside? I need help and I appreciate it alot.

I can't get the ipod connect to the computer.

It's as if the files is erased.

Hence I need whoever that had been to Australia that have my pics to make a copy and give it to me please.

Especially qj, i hope you do have the copies for Adelaide and Tasmania pics that we took together.

urgh.

I hate ipod.

That's why i refuse when sis said she wanna get a ipod for my present.

I do not want a present that has a lifespan of 2 years (or maybe less).

totally waste of money.
